Ah Montreux !

Et le concert d'Al Jarreau en 1994 avec sa dream-team ?

Marcus Miller, Steve Gadd, Joe Sample, Patches Stewart, Paulinho Da Costa, Eric Gale & David Sanborn ...

Oui, c'était un grand Festival ...

Ah oui alors... j'entend encore le sax de Sanborn sur "we got by"...

Mon morceau préféré, c'est la version de Layla avec Marcus à la clarinette basse : un moment d'anthologie !

C'est vrai Marcus, mais First Song et Tango Blues, ne sont pas mal non plus.

Il y a un bon mélange de morceaux "Sanborniens*" et "Claptoniens", + des strandards.


Le "break" de piano "Shreveport Stomp" est super sympa, c'est plein de péche, de plaisir de jouer, ..... c'est décalé du concert en genre, en légèreté, bref, c'est du bon !!!
P'tet que Joe Sample joue bien, aussi ?!
